Frank Weston, President and Chairman of International Multiracial Shared Cultural Organization, IMSCO, an African managed and operated United Nations Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) specialized in the Economic and Social Council at the UN seeks to inform all who might listen as to the goals and mandate of IMSCO. IMSCO was inducted into the UN in 1995 and was mandated to promote, develop, link and expand business cultures worldwide. The goal of this project is to support sustainable development.
Sighting the African American population’s unique position in the western world which includes dual citizenship right, wealth sharing birthright and political responsibility to Africa and its people, IMSCO seeks the investments: cooperation of all educated, specialized and capable African Americans. IMSCO seeks their aid and commitment to playing lead roles in helping manage Africa, its resources and vast international wealth.
To help bring an end to the raids on Africa, its wealth and people, IMSCO has for the past twenty years worked together and collaborated with a number of cooperating communities in the United States, Europe, Asia and Africa. As a result, IMSCO was able to obtain a number of oil and mineral concessions when fully implemented will help finance and move African Diaspora and indigenous peoples back from the brink. IMSCO like African people has encountered opponents over the years, such as international business, NGO’S and political leaders who have refused in many cases to partner with developing businesses to help those businesses reach their objective of helping those in the Diaspora and on the Continent. Therefore IMSCO working within its community and United Nations mandate plans to do everything in its power as a United Nations NGO to reduce bias and economic blockades in order to assist these peoples.
In the years leading up to 2006-07 IMSCO assisted the Human Rights Council in adopting the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People. This Declaration is especially important to the marginalized Indigenous Africans in America who never gave up their historical birthrights or their African roots. The United Nations General Assembly adopted the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People, on Thursday, 13th September 2007 in New York City addressing individual, collective and cultural rights, as well as the right to education, identity, health, employment, language, etc. The Declaration outlaws discrimination and promotes full and effective participation in any matter that concerns Indigenous people. As a result, an Indigenous person or member of a Diaspora facing any form of economic bias or apartheid in any society should be seen as reflecting bias against all members of that group or peoples. Having thus been stated, any individual or group experiencing such bias now has a venue at the United Nations to challenge all forms of bias as outlined above. This forum will help those protected in the Declaration regain autonomy in order to carry out their personal missions, be they in Africa or elsewhere.
Members of IMSCO’s community are individuals who qualify at all levels of human development to help manage international projects needed to build and oversee the elevation of the new African Dynasty which will promote full autonomy for all Indigenous Africans, both in the Diaspora and on the Continent and beyond. The individuals involved include legal specialists, engineers, research analysts, economists, employment agents, communication specialists and donors. With their help, IMSCO is able to carry out its UN mandate and see to compliance with the Declaration.
African people must now rise up and realize that regardless of the circumstances of the past, Africans have never given up their rights to their ancestral homelands, wealth, culture, business culture or birthrights. The time that has passes should not be seen as preventing this realization, nor should illegal borders, status or educational accomplishment. This is especially true of the elderly and poor, for they too have an equal right to share in Africa’s business culture and vast inherent wealth. If African Americans are to survive they must use any means necessary to develop trade links in order to reclaim wealth and lost lands as well as to play an active role in all manners cultural, political or economic.
For the past twelve years IMSCO has been searching for any wrongdoing in the global economic and political fields. IMSCO has called upon Africans in Africa and Africans in the Diaspora to unite economically through international trade and joint ventures in cooperation with IMSCO to acquire the protection of the UN and immunity when necessary in order to eliminate the oppression of both indigenous peoples and those of the Diaspora. Every African individual should request information on how IMSCO is committed to creating institutions and trade links in order to have a voice in the creation of a wealth management system. Individuals must make every effort in connection with IMSCO and other institutions to enforce transparency thus removing educational and economic obstacles between African Americans and global economic opportunities.
IMSCO’s management will continue to focus on the plight of Africans within the greater global community. To this end, IMSCO requests that all professional and capable African Americans contribute what he or she can monthly to IMSCO so the organization can remain independent to help insure the future success of African people’s wealth management goals and economic independence.
Tracking and managing African American shares of African wealth and resources producing trillions of US Dollars per year is exclusively the responsibility of African Americans. This will be done through emerging institutions and professionals selected from the global community who must demand transparency from all involved in African wealth to insure compliance for African Americans economic security, royalties due, stock ownership and retirement plans: IMSCO and supporters will continue to work with the United Nation member states and communities to track and hold multinationals companies and governments accountable for crimes against indigenous and Diaspora people. Chief among the priority projects are banks, trading companies, communication companies, international research firms, factories and shipping companies.
Having been granted access to operate in 192 member states, IMSCO will help facilitate opportunities for international business development. Annual IMSCO certification may also be made available for companies with projects partnering with African businesses to help protect and grow opportunities through the IMSCO branches in the member states on a select basis. IMSCO/state “Establishment Agreements” are designed to assist all IMSCO affiliates in their conduct of business. IMSCO, through its contracts and concessions is attempting to create a level playing field for all those desirous of doing business globally utilizing Africa’s resources.
Taking into consideration the historic action taken by the Chinese in 1997 to regain control of Hong Kong, its cultures, land and economic assets, Africans in the global Diaspora and in Africa must use this as an example to take Africa’s destiny into its hands for the best interest of African people globally. If the Chinese can work as a single economic system to protect each other and grow so too can African Americans in wealth management.
The following African resources make-up the economic power of the World’s Banks: wealth is the weapon and tool African people need to regain immediate control and management of Africa’s land. To this end it has become a blow out to both the national pride and pocketbooks of the US, EU and Chinese citizens many of whom are shocked that:
- Southern Black Africa and Russia’s large land masses are a-washed in crude oil and gas and they have more complete control of the world’s strategic metals: i.e. 99% of platinum group metals found mainly in South Africa and Zimbabwe; 96% of chrome; about 40% crude oil; 98% of manganese; 89% of diamond; 68% of gold; 97% of vanadium and 40% of uranium; 100% of Gum Arabic. To name a few.
- Gum Arabic was discovered by ancient Egyptians and used to build the first civilization and the Great Pyramids of Giza. The natural gum, as it was called then, grows only in Northern Africa. Today, Gum Arabic is used to sustain America’s and Europe’s health, food, wine and soft drink industries.
IMSCO for the first time in its history invites every African and non-African individual wishing to support the goals of the organization to donate what they can in order to help IMSCO carry out its aims and mandates. From its inception, IMSCO the NGO has not accepted any money or objects of monetary value from any outside source. IMSCO has always used the proceeds from business contracts to fund its projects. In order to assist with the funding of IMSCO’s goals and that of its economic arm, AMRE Trade Oil, Inc., IMSCO requests the immediate assistance of every skilled community member to successfully protect and deliver wealth, jobs, education and opportunities without constraints on the African continent.
To date, no IMSCO funding has ever been misused or questioned. IMSCO carries a 501(c) 3 with the IRS, making it a tax-exempt organization with the ability to lobby any and all governments for the best interest of the people it serves. Although affiliation with IMSCO is free for all, the sole request is that individuals support the tax-exempt organization with every possible determination, skill and contribution. African Diaspora institutions are needed to hold and manage this wealth.
IMSCO seeks to acquire and maintain an annual budget sufficient to carry out its UN mandate. Every African and non-African individual wishing to become an affiliate of IMSCO and grow with the new African Dynasty should expect to profit by doing business with the organization’s aims and goals. Due to the fact that IMSCO is a NGO, IMSCO is not interested in creating and enforcing policy. Rather, IMSCO seeks solely to open and create new pathways to beneficial international business relationships. In turn, members of all cultures will benefit financially.
As Chairman and President of IMSCO I call upon all interested parties to send a letter or e-mail requesting further information on IMSCO. IMSCO can then discuss how both donations of a monetary and time commitment will be used in helping IMSCO reach its goals, both now and in the future.
