The IMSCO (MDG) (AMR) Goal Project 2007-2015

International Multiracial Shared Cultural Organization, (IMSCO) a United Nations Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) specialized in the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and accredited United Nations Development Program (UNDP) aims are to support Indigenous and African Diaspora people sustainable development by linking them with their wealth as a tool to restore business culture.

The IMSCO project, an advocacy, will serve as an institution for marginalized and Indigenous people to link, unite and create joint ventures through international trade to help regain lost wealth, stop raids and blockades interfering with their human rights to obtain sustainable development.
African Diaspora and Indigenous people are invited to work with IMSCO directly in order to partner and have access to resources and markets, voice their concerns, seek justice, co-manage wealth, sharing, enforce transparency and remove educational and political obstacles. Indigenous and marginalized people facing racism, bias Bilateral Treaties and foreign policies can best be resolved as natural trading partners not through out dated self-serving aid agencies and multinational companies with their own agendas.

IMSCO urge’s all governments, NGO’s and private companies to respect all human rights including African and Indigenous people rights to partner when developing and implementing projects effecting their wealth and culture. Failing to cooperate risks conflicts and vital services to shut down.

While IMSCO supports the (MDG) and Annual Ministerial Review (AMR) it calls on all Agencies, NGO’s and private organizations to request certifications through the IMSCO project insuring linkage and cooperation with indigenous sustainable development. Refusing to cooperate will delay and in some cases violate the United Nations General Assembly Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People.

The IMSCO project was established in 1980 to partner with the UN and the AMR’s to fully contribute and cooperate with all partners to insure the success of the Millennium Development Goals (MDG) targeted date of 2015. To help meet these goals marginalized communities are encouraged to unite globally through economic, trade and cultural IMSCO and related projects and immediately begin using class actions law suites, global boycotts, sanctions and civil disobedience where needed to insure respect for human rights and the return of stolen wealth and land. The poor and marginalized needs to understand business largely control the market and politics.  IMSCO is willing to serve as an institution to assist indigenous and Diaspora people in many of their important development objectives.

IMSCO calls on United Nations Agencies, Member States, NGO’s and private companies to respect human rights, birthrights and the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People, to obtain proper tools for sustainable development in all communities.

The IMSCO project seeks transparency, co-ownership, and partnerships to insure royalties to pay health care for the sick, marginalized, homeless and elderly.

In Conclusion:
The following numbers suggests partnering can be successful. Africa and Russia largely control the world’s strategic metals and resources: i.e. 99% of platinum group metals found mainly in South Africa and Zimbabwe; 96% of chrome; about 40% crude oil; 98% of manganese; 89% of diamond; 68% of gold; 97% and 40% of uranium; 100% of Gum Arabic, 80% of Coltan from the Congo used to operate cell phones to name a few.
As billions of Indigenous and marginalized Diaspora people link as partners to develop and expand business cultures to inter global markets with finish and unfinished products they will gain a fair market price and share of economic power and political influence. Few multinationals companies can survive without the cooperation of the masses.

For Millennium Development Goals (MDG’s) to meet the 2015 goals everyone should realize and respect the contributions Africans and Indigenous people bring to the table without prejudice. Failure to respect and partner with victimized indigenous people may lead to nationalizing resources protected by private armies as their final solution.
Indigenous and African Diaspora people can and must now stand together to control their destiny wealth, land and industries. This is a call to action!
